5. We don't round up to the next hour for more than one-hour jobs, instead we charge in half-hour increments at $24.95 for a half hour.
6. Virus and spyware removal is often as low as one hour labor ($49.99), even if it takes us five hours!
7. Don't have a means to get your computer to us? Let us know and we can have someone deliver your equipment to us and bring it back to you upon completion within the local Lethbridge area for a fee of $7.00.
8. Want us to come out to you instead? No problem! Let us know ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Or if you are a business both large and small, you may depend on us to be your IT support staff.
9. We strive to insure same-day turn-around times for most repair jobs. We understand how difficult it can be to go without your computer for any given period of time and therefore keep you top priority for service. In addition we keep you informed throughout the repair to let you know the status of things and to insure you get to be a part of the process.
